When and where is the Golf Tournament?
The 12th Annual Hillgrove Dugout Club Golf Tournament is Thursday, October 8, 2026 at Cobblestone Golf Course, 4200 Nance Road, Acworth, Georgia 30101, with a 9:00 AM shotgun start.
How are registrations and payments handled?
Zeffy securely handles registration, checkout, payment and receipts. This site never collects or stores card details.
Do I need an account to register or give?
No. You can register, sponsor, donate or complete a Zeffy checkout without creating an account.
Is the Hillgrove Dugout Club a nonprofit?
Yes. The Hillgrove Dugout Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Tax ID 20-5053457.
Which programs does the Dugout Club support?
The Dugout Club supports two athletic programs: Hillgrove Baseball and Hillgrove Softball. Baseball runs a Feeder Program (7th/8th Grade), JV, and Varsity. Softball runs Metro Gold, Metro Silver, JV, and Varsity. The Golf Tournament and the club's other fundraisers are events that support these programs — they are not programs themselves.
Where do I go to register, become a sponsor, donate or volunteer?
Start at Ways to Support, or go straight to the page you need: Golf Tournament, Sponsorship, Pancake Breakfast, Poker Tournament or Volunteer. When a payment is required, you are directed to the appropriate verified Zeffy checkout.
What sponsorship options are available?
Year-round Sponsor Wall options are: Ad and Recognition Board ($250 for 1'x2', $400 for 2'x2', $700 for 2'x4', $1,000 for 2'x8'), Scoreboard ($1,200 for 2'x8', $1,200 for 4'x4', $1,600 for 4'x6', $1,700 for 5'x5', $1,800 for 5'x6'), Outside Fence 5'x5' ($1,500 for one year, $2,700 for two years, $5,000 for five years), and Website Placement at $100 per year. Are Golf Tournament sponsorships different from year-round sponsorships?
Yes. Year-round Sponsor Wall opportunities are signage and website recognition at the Hillgrove baseball and softball fields. Golf Tournament sponsorships are separate packages tied to the tournament itself, and they are handled through the Golf Tournament page and Zeffy.
What happens after I choose a sponsorship?
The club collects the details needed to deliver what you purchased: your exact display name, a contact for approvals, your logo artwork, your website address, and how you want to be recognized. Every promised benefit is then tracked through completion so nothing is missed.
What is the Pancake Breakfast?
The Pancake Breakfast is a Dugout Club fundraiser that replaced the retired Boston Butts Fundraiser. The most recent breakfast served approximately 537 guests in support of baseball and softball, and included a pancake-eating contest and facility tours led by Head Coaches David Richardson and Laura Voyles. The date of the next Pancake Breakfast will be posted when it is announced.
What is the Poker Tournament?
The Dugout Club's first Poker Tournament was a success and sold out. Details for the next Poker Tournament will be posted here when it is announced.
